The Original year round and Off-season 10BUCK Training methods are available targeting 2 different age groups- those Under 40 years of age, and those 40 years and over for 2 main reasons:
- Those 40 years and older usually have higher fat-loss goals than most College or High School Athletes, and our 40 and over programs address this with a slightly higher repetition structure than the Under 40 exercise programs.
- As you enter your 40’s, 50’s, and 60’s- your tendons and ligaments become more sensitive and prone to injury using a heavy weights and lower repetitions, so we address this with slightly higher repetition counts in the initial/ warm- up sets.
